Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Trusted Capital. They kept the process very professional, pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately, the process took place because the passing of my mother and this company was unbelievably humane, compassionate and patient during the process. Seamless process, excellent communication throughout and flexible. There is no other company Id use if the need arises again!

THE MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH OF ALL. OFFERED 350 AND TRIED TO LOWBALL ME FOR 315 IF THEY CALL YOU HANG UP! I'LL STOP JUST SHORT OF CALLING THEM THIEVES..THEY HAVE A SWEET LITTLE GIRL CALL AND SPOON FEED YOU A LINE OF LIES THEN THEY WASTE YOUR TIME THEY ARE THE WORST INVESTMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.I GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO.DO NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY!

First when you call the company they answer it like a residence, or scared a bill collector is calling. I should have none something was gking to be shady. This company is one that tried to lower the deal ever day! Yes, they will say they will by your house in any condition, but they will try to look at the repairs and then lower the price according to what they have to fix. They are a new company trying to use others misfortune to get ahead.

Biggest scammers on the planet! They agreed to buy our house "as is", and we left nothing out in regards to the condition. On the final hour of the final day, they wanted a $25k reduction on price, because they failed to disclose all the issues we had disclosed to them to their buyer. They knew they had us in a bind, because we're disabled seniors, and had nowhere else to go, so under duress, we finally agreed to a $10k reduction. Then they held up funding the sale for 3.5 days, though they had already sold out house to someone else. What they did was to commit a 2nd degree felony in the state of Texas (defrauding an elderly person out of more than $10k). They have been reported to the authorities.

Trusted Capital Homes was very easy to work with. They kept me informed through the entire process and always got back to me on a timely manner when I had a question they had to check on. In closing, I would like to say Trusted Capital Homes earned my trust by the end of the process.

I had the best experience dealing with this company.. i got everything I ask for and more. the process went smoothly and was able to close so fast that my head was spinning. Everything they did was geared at satisfying me. I highly recommend this company. Very satisfied. My mistake should have given them a 5 star.

Beware of this company. This company will offer you an amount for your home and even sign a contract but afterwards, they will list your home on a real estate page such a zillow to see if they can make a profit then they will remind the offer once they decide they cannot make a huge profit. They will post your home on these sites claiming they are the owner. Not good business and fraudulent.
