Recently received a cheque from the government thanks to True North Disability and their fantastic staff. Had no idea this was even available to me until my daughters co worker mentioned to maybe get in touch and see if I could qualify. I did and am now qualified for life! I can expect a better tax break every single year moving forward. The process was incredibly easy because they did all the heavy lifting and posses the knowledge to make it happen. My doctor filled out the forms to submit justifying my condition and I could not be happier. In my case I will get back the value of Car insurance approximately every year, bonus! Thank you and if I can, I will spread the word.

Amazing experience, I accidentally came across an ad and clicked on it out of curiosity, they contacted me immediately, asked a few medical questions, asked for my Dr contact info. They sent the forms directly to my Dr's office, the only thing I had to do was contact the Dr. office to make their fee payment and they emails the forms back to True North Disability Services, all I had to do was wait while they evaluated. I was approved and received a substantial retroactive refund and am eligible to claim on my taxes. The customer service was above par, extremely nice folks, they are very efficient. I highly recommend contacting them if you have any medical conditions under their realm of qualifications.

We were having an air-conditioner installed and I mentioned to the installer during a conversation, that I had diabetes, he immediately pulled out a card from his contact at True North Disability Services and told me to contact the lady. I called the next day, l left a voice mail and within a couple of hours my call was returned by an employee of True North Disability Services, she went through a series of questions and thought that I might qualify for a disability benefit. After filling in documents with my doctor, I left it up to True North Disability Services. True to their word, they handled everything professionally and I ended up receiving a tax credit. True North Disability Services is an exceptional company with an outstanding staff. I was initially hesitant, but after stumbling upon their advertisement on ***, I decided to give them a try. I provided my contact information and received a call the following day. I spoke with a representative for approximately an hour, during which they handled all the necessary paperwork. All I had to do was sign a document. Remarkably, my son's claim was approved within six weeks, and I received the refund today. The 20% fee they charge is well worth it, considering my son's approval until 2025, as well as the back pay for previous years on the tax credit and disability benefit. There is nothing to lose by working with this exceptional company and their superb staff.

WOW is all I can say about this AMAZING agency! I was dealing throughout the process with 3 different people and each one was so very supportive but more than that they were Compassionate, Understanding, and guided me with everything from beginning to end. They are so professional yet human. I didn't have to do much because they did most of the leg work. I only filled out a few forms. I was shocked at the large return and even more shocked that if I hadn't made that call to True North that day, I would not be writing this review today. Today I feel now that I can get some mobility devices and spend money toward my health or whatever I want. The money is sitting in their hands basically for you. The agency won't tell you but just make the one call to True North and they will do the rest.

I can't thank True North Disability Services enough! After reading multiple reviews on how True North's process worked, I gave them a call. Best decision I have made in a long time. The customer services representatives, are courteous, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. They were in communication with me throughout the entire six month process. They only charge you if your claim goes through. They do charge 20% plus GST on the total you are granted. I have to say it is well worth the cost. I managed to have my credit claim go back to 2013, and just received a sizeable sum of money (in the thousands) in my back account today. For those of you thinking this is a scam, it is definitely NOT! Give them a call, all you have to lose is the money you were already entitled to have.

I had the pleasure of working with True North to help my father apply for the disability tax refund. I really had no idea this existed. I just saw the AD on a popular website or social media platform and enquired, it was that simple. The truly kind staff walked me hand in hand through every step of collecting the documents needed to apply for my dad (I have power of Attorney). His medical condition gave him a number of symptoms that he had been suffering for years. It was worth it. Dad was awarded over $1000 and that was after we paid the True North Fee. They really work hard in their jobs. I will thank them from here, as they may read this review. I enjoyed every different person who dealt with my father's claim. I will spread the word to all the people I know who have long term effects from the disease mentioned.

True North Disability was a great help to us in getting my husband approved for the Disability Tax Credit. They helped with the doctor's certificate even though at first our doctor told us in no uncertain terms that he would not qualify. The communication was timely and helpful. Any questions I had were quickly answered. I have experience with disability management in the past, but this was different as I was a family member. I don't think I would have "stuck" with the claim if not for True North Disability Services so I thank you very much. It took over a year but we recently approved the application for the period 2015 and ongoing so we are certainly happy with this outcome. It was worth the wait.

The process with the doctor went very smoothly and beyond that, TND did all of the work when it came to handling my case. The process was very smooth. My process took approx 3 months ( with the Xmas season included) for me to receive my notification of my award and I received my rebate within a week following that. WOW. Is all I can say about True North Disability Services. I saw the Ad on a popular website, thought it was a scam but I called anyway. I think the first question I asked was "Is your company Canadian?". I was very pleasantly surprised to learn the company is based in Vancouver. The service was excellent. My calls were answered promptly, I was walked through the process of applying for compensation step by step, even being told to contact my doctor inquire about submitting the documents! I did not sense any hidden agenda or deception. Not bad for something found on a popular website! I usually ignore ads on that website due to all the questionable activities going on. My settlement was more than I thought it would be. and I appreciated being able to pay after they gave me the money. I contacted True North on line to enquire about the disability tax credit. Within 30 minutes I was contacted by email advising me that someone from the company would be contacting me by phone. Shortly thereafter I received a call from them. They fully explained what they do and what potentially could be the result. They answered all of my questions and did so in a professional and friendly manner. All the required information and approvals were emailed to me and I was again contacted to ensure I received it and if I had any questions. As the process continued I continued to receive contacts and was informed of what was happening. This continued throughout the entire process. I cannot begin to express how impressed and indebted I am to the True North team. It took over a year of relentless time and work on their part. And in some cases daily calls to my previous doctor to remind them of paper work needing to be filed. And like it has been for so many people these past few years, juggling new normals, and trying to be productive at home with our kids home a lot more, I often wouldn't have what they needed from me by the time the team would check in again, and not ONCE did they ever make me feel like I was a burden, or push me to get things done more quickly than I was able to. I had never known that due to my illness that I would qualify for a disability tax credit, but after my recent visit to the hospital and 4 days of lost pay, my mother just happened to see an add on social media for True North Disability. She contacted them and spoke to them regarding my illness. After speaking to them she highly recommended that I contact them to see if I would qualify for the available tax credit . On August 16 I contacted and spoke to Paige D, who was kind and very knowledgeable in the disability field and as we spoke about how my life has changed since my diagnosis *** over 11 years ago she felt that I presented as a good candidate. At this point I contracted their services and on September 20 I was thrilled to received approved Disability Tax Credit. From start to finish I found Paige D and True North Disability to be professional, efficient and excellent in their service.
