I pre-ordered on 3/31/24 at the Patchogue location 2 smoothies. When I got there they were closed for Easter. I called Monday for a refund and they did NOT know how to process this and I had to speak to Kathy, the manager. I left her a message. I also called back WED, THUR & Friday and no reply. I called Saturday and and she finally got on the phone, no apologies for not calling me, was talking while I was on the phone to other workers and then said she will generate a refund. She did not even ask me who I was. I said do you need the order number and she said she will locate it. Still, no refund. I didn't expect one, but I am completely frustrated as I paid money and no resolution.
