I have tried to get in touch with trips incentives time and time again to no avail I payed over $1000 and was told I could holiday in different hotels in Australia they have not had the decency to get back in touch with me I believe it is a scam

on the 22/01/2016 I purchased a holiday package my package number is 183561 /Florida Sunshine package I payed $2267.00 Australian after investigating it further I found that you had to be under 70 years old I was going with my brother who is 74 after speaking to florida sunshine holiday I told them I wanted to cancel the deal after a heated argument they told me I could have a holiday at 3000 hotels in Australia my package was to include anywhere I wanted to go in Australia I got a refund of $1071 and believed the outstanding amount of $1196.00 was what I could use but as I said in my previous email they have not responded to any correspondence advising me hotel resorts that are available in Australia . should there be no places available in Australia I would request a refund of $1196.00 I look forward to your earliest response.
