How grimy.
I attempted to go through their cancellation process by calling the so called customer support number. The automated system keeps you on hold for the 30+ minutes for the busy representatives, but instead of you speaking to anyone, the phone disconnects. So I mailed back the product with a huge note of cancellation and a card charge was on my statement for 79.99. I repeatedly called and tried to find a way to contact someone for a reversal to no avail. How grimy.
