Terrible customer service
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've never dealt with a company that will NOT return repeated calls like this one! Just trying to get them to come out and do work is like pulling teeth.
Triple-K Fence installed my yard fence several years ago. Even back then I had to call them many times to make this happen. They never called me back or returned any of my messages. The fence that was installed looked nice however a number of the 16' boards started to warp and look like curled up Fritos after just a few months. Back to the repeated phone calls and messages to get someone to come out and fix them. After several more months of repeated phone calls someone did show and fixed the boards.
About a year later, I made many more calls over several weeks to get another 40' section of fence put in. Once again, at no time did anyone call or return my calls. I had to call and insist to speak directly with a sales person. (Corey I believe his name was, which happened to be the same person I dealt with for the original fence section.) They were supposed to bring extra boards with them to repair more curled up pieces of 16' boards from the original install while they were here but failed to do so. Was told they would return and NEVER did!
A tree fell on the newer section a few months later and I called and spoke to the lady that answers the phone there and again left many messages about getting someone out for a repair quote and to fix the curled up boards. It took over 2-months to get someone out here just to give me a quote.
Flash forward a year to the recent snow storm that knocked all the trees down. Several trees fell on my fence and damaged a few sections of it. Called last week Monday to have them come and repair the previous damaged section and the newer damaged sections. Spoke to the same lady. Waited 10-days and nothing. Called again early this morning and left a detailed voicemail. Again, no call back. Just called them in the afternoon and the same lady answers but tells me it's "out of her control" and "doesn't know who's control it's in". She's unable to tell me who there even cares about their customers after I express my frustration of their lack of communication and poor customer service. She seemed more interested in hanging up the phone than getting me taken care of.
I've given Triple-K fencing opportunity after opportunity to earn my business but today was the last straw. I'm tired of having to call them and never getting a callback or response. I'm done with them and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your fencing needs.
Quote for a fence
We requested a quote online for the construction of a Fence for our property sometime in July. They responded with a quote and advised that we proceed with the relevant application to our HOA. My wife and I finally decided on getting the project going a few weeks outside of the original quote expiration and I sent an email to the company to which he responded that once we are ready to move forward they will move forward with the project . I reached out once more less than a week ago and requested a slight discount from the quoted price and the agent reverted back that they will be passing on my job and that I should find another company to build my fence. I reached out once more indicating that I intend to move forward with the original quote and was met with the same response that they will be passing on my project and offered no respite or any room for renegotiation.

I followed up with a call in the event someone in Customer Service would listen and work with us in resuscitating the effort or offer some clarity and I was told in stark terms that they do not need my business and I should move along. This by far has been my worst Customer Service experience ever and I feel severely slighted and made to feel less than by the condescending and rude manner in which I was treated. I pray an investigation is conducted into this establishment and verify whether "Customer Service" is in anyway ingrained in their culture. Fence installation and customer service issues
We received 2 estimates from Korey at Triple K Fence Inc. for a front fence & a rear fence, & decided to have the front fence installed first. Korey told us we would get a call a day or 2 before the installation would take place. However, the install crew showed up with no notice at 2:30 on Thursday 7/28/16, & rushed to finish at about 6 pm in the midst of a thunderstorm. We mentioned concrete dust fingerprints all over the black aluminum fence & the crew said they would wash off in the rain [in 2 heavy rains from Thursday night to Monday, they did not]. On Friday, we noticed that they had not put asphalt repair around 1 of the 3 fence posts in the driveway as contracted, & also found some screws in the driveway over the weekend. We checked the gate & found that 1 side had only 2 of the 6 screws installed (1 in each hinge), though the other side did have all 6 screws installed. We called Monday 8/1/16 to mention the 3 issues & the woman apologized, particularly about the lack of screws on the gate, & said the issues would be fixed. A couple hours later, we noticed that someone had come by (without letting us know they were here) & put in the 4 missing screws on the gate, but used tar-based crack filler that looked like frosting on the 9” x 4” area at the 3rd post instead of the asphalt repair patch. There were also still concrete dust fingerprints all over the black fence from the installation. When we called again, the owner Keith called back. He said our trashcans would cover the tar crack filler he had put at the 3rd fence post & he dismissed our comment that we didn’t feel we should have to have our trashcans hide a shoddy repair, especially when the asphalt repair patches at the other 2 posts had been done properly. The owner also said that only 2 screws were needed to connect the 5-foot half gate to the fence, even though the manufacturer has it designed for 6 & the crew did put all 6 screws on the other half of the gate. Keith said he himself would only have put 2 screws on each half of the gate & more were unnecessary, regardless of the manufacturer’s design. He said we were being picky about 1.) the gate being properly & fully secured to the fence, 2.) the difference in the frosting-like crack filler & the proper asphalt repair patches, & 3.) the concrete smudges all over the black aluminum fencing from the installation (“since the fence would get pollen & dirt on it eventually anyway, ” he said). When we mentioned that we were not happy, especially since we had planned to go ahead with the rear fence installation, he said not to bother. We asked if that meant he wasn’t interested in our business & he said he didn’t need it. He was argumentative & belittled our concerns during the entire conversation. We then told him we would be sure to let our neighbors, co-workers, & others know of our experience with his company. (The 1 star rating is not for the product, but is solely due to the owner Keith’s attitude & lack of customer service.)

Beware Sold me a fence they said would work for my dogs. Said fence was a Jerith fence and did not receive a Jerith fence. Received a very cheap fence. Owner is one nasty person. No service after sale Would not do anything for me. Took me for $5, 000.00 They run phone scams Replaced fence could not use their fence. Worst company I have dealt with in 63 years.

Unfortunately, I just experienced the same abuse today by Steve and Kory of Triple K. Everything you said is dead on. We had them come out to estimate a picket fence that would be narrow enough our dog could not get his nose through. Kory said they could do it at 1 3/4 spacing and we agreed. Even paid extra for the additional wood. Fence ended up being 2" spacing everywhere. Spent 3 weeks trying to get someone to call us back. Numerous unreturned messages to Kory. Then this Steve character calles and berates me today and belittles my wife essentially calling us idiots for not knowing the wood would shrink. I could go on and on as this conversation lasted an hour. I've never been treated so poorly by a business that I have done nothing to other than pay them 3 K for a job they did not deliver on. DO NOT USE TRIPLE K FENCING

Just received the brush off from the owner about the fact this is the 2nd time I've had broads coming undone. I discovered the 1st time was because they didn't put the nails in the broad -- unbelievable, and they do this as a living. Now I'm getting the brush off because they've got their money so I'm suppose to live with a fence falling down. Not going to happen. Have you ever hear of the BBB? oh and don't forget face book with their many sites for all over the town you service.
I feel like a complete idiot for not finding this board prior to my dealings with Triple K Fence. Yes, they were cheaper but it will cost me far more in the long run with this company. The worst part was when I asked them to fix their mess, Keith calls with this BS story about firing Kory, Korey, Kori ( Keith's salesman and co-conspiritor )and yelling at me over the phone to tell me how this was all going to go. This angry man, who I had never heard of, was screaming at me for no reason. It was laughable. By the way, they have been doing this routine for years. I found a complaint from 2010 about the same kind of call but with a different name. Triple K... Son's names or Krazy, Kranky, Krooks. How's my spelling?

I think your spelling is disgusting, you have no idea what it takes to run a FENCE company as you hide behind your keyboards. Triple K Fence has stood the test of time and to this day is still hard at work, I’d like to see most of you on this so called abuse page build a FENCE as I read these comments. Today I called to inquire about getting a fence built to match my next door neighbor's fence that was built by KKK. Jennifer was cryptic and rude. She hesitated to give her name at first, but she certainly had a lot of questions for me. She refused to give me any details about the work they did next door because the "files are in the back" and it would take a whole day to walk back there and look at them. Seriously? They don't have a computer?
Anyway, the conversation was so weird that I asked her to forget the whole idea and please lose my contact info. I will find somebody else to build my fence.
I am confident that I just dodged a bullet. If it doesn't feel right, run away.
Ms Cummings, We DO NOT share any information about our clients. A salesman looking at the fence can give you an estimate to match the style, or you can ask your neighbor. As for other questions, without knowing who you are and where you are installing the fence we can not provide you with an estimate. I am sorry you found that intrusive. We wish you the best.
I have had enough of dealing with the unprofessional company, Triple K. My fence was 4 months old when I started having issues. One of the post in the back is starting to bow which is causing the fence to bow. This will only get worse over time. Additionally, the gate is difficult to close because the post are warped. I called 3 times and ofcourse no return call. I called on 1 may and left a voice message to please return my call. Well today, 3 may while on interstate 95 I get a call. This is how it went. Ring, ring, I answer with, hello. Now Kieth says" This is Kieth with Triple k". I said hello Kieth, the problem I'm having is the gate is difficult to fully close because its rubbing the other post that it latches to and also there is a post that is bowing in causing part of the fence to bow" Kieth's response was tjis " From the pictures you sent I guess that makes you a fence expert". I responded with " Why are you insulting me when all Im trying to do is have my fence and gate repaired" Again Kieth said " I guess you are a fence expert". I responded with, I do not want to speak with you again". So taking his suggestion, I will pay to have a fence expert take a look at the work Triple K did and from there will find a legal " Expert" to look into the matter. Then i will contact the "Experts" at the Better Buisiness Bureau to see what they have to say. Now I'm reaching out to the many "Expert" customers who has experienced the same rude unprofessional attitudes and substandard work from the "Experts" at triple K. They are absolutely horrible. Called into ask them to repair a fence damaged by my neighbors flying trampoline. First call. They said some one would come next week. No one showed up. Next call a week later they said no had been scheduled to come out. A week later someone else was to show up. No show. Called again today. The front office lady hung up saying they did not want the business. On a fence they put up for me. DO NOT USE TRIPLE K. KOrey does not show up.
I completely agree! I wish I had found this forum before i even bothered with Triple K fence! They have probably been around for so long because back when they started they were the only choice, but people in the fredricksburg and stafford area need to know they have a choice! I got quotes from a few different companies including Triple K, Catlett Construction and Aspen fence. Triple K was by far the highest priced but the most well established company so we decided to go with them, they took our deposit, continually delayed our installation and got rude with us when we asked for our money back. We eventually decided to contact catlett construction to complete our fence, and they were knowledgeable, professional, fast, and built a quality fence. Now Kieth may be a nice man, but family or not he should not be allowing his company to be compromised by bad business practices. If your in the Fredricksburg or Stafford area I HIGHLEY recommend using Catlett Construction!
Then Keith should have named his company "4K" or "Quadruple-K" to avoid the Ku Klux Klan associations.
The owner Keith is an honest business man, and has more knowledge and wisdom than most of you on this site, Triple K Fence is named after his sons Kevin, Korey, and Kenny. I know (Keith) personally and know he has good intentions for each and every one of his customers. Give it a break, fencing is no easy job especially when you are dealing with the public, they have been around for many years for a reason.
Who in their right mind would name their company "Triple-K" in the first place? When I heard that name, the first thing that came to my mind is "Ku Klux Klan!"
You all should have used Catlett Construction! We had a WONDERFUL experience choosing them over the triple k fence estimate! They were quick responsive communicative knowledgable professional and reasonably priced! Our fence is great two years later no problems whatsoever!

I CALLED AND CALLED TRYING TO GET THE OWNER NAMED CARRINGTON, AND THIS GAMBONI NEVER RETURNED MY CALL.
I WANT WHITE VINYL PICKETT FENCE IN THE BACK YARD, AND A GATE THAT HAD 2 SECTIONS.
WELL, THE NIMRODS PUT ONE SECTION IN THAT HAD 12 RAILS AND THE OTHER WITH 9 RAILS. IN OTHER WORDS THE 2 SECTIONS OF THE GATE DO NOT MATCH.
TRIPLE K COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SAT. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
