Trident Hyundai review: i20 first service by trident

I bought i20, Sportz 3 months back and gave it in the same place for first servicing. First service was just a eye wash, they called me in just 30-40 min and tld madam service is done. Even dust was not cleaned from the car forget about checks and all. Next day I checked air pressure in tyres was low and even wiper water was not there. Not sure if they really touched the car or sent it back simply. Pathetic service. After 2 weeks one lady called me from there office and told us you give us 10/10 points if you get a call from Delhi office. Then I told her what they did in service, she told they will send one person to my home for cleaning the car with in 1-2 weeks but it never happened. I will not recommend people to go to Trident just because of their pathetic service.
