TRG Bank review: Federal tax refund trb

TRG Bank has been holding my Federal Tax Refund since February 24. Each time I call I'm put on HOLD and then someone hangs up the phone without answering. When I was able to contact the bank in the beginning they said they had mailed out a check to me on March 2nd; never received. It is now March 21 and still no check. Turbo Tax has their fees, the bank has their fees... where is my money? I need for them to deposit my money into my account Today, 3/21/2022. They direct deposited my State Tax Refund (per my bank... sender unknown) after my Federal Tax was to be deposited... what is up with that? Said that my account info was incorrect that is why they were mailing my check I need my money today deposited to my account. I am contacting the IRS, the Better Business Bureau, and an attorney if I don't get my money today. I have tried calling the bank today and the line is staying busy. I have read just about all the complaints about this bank not giving people their money... what kind of a business is this? On Friday March 18th I was able to contact the bank again and they told me they sent it to a post office which is now closed! I tried calling the bank today and the number is staying busy. This is your business partner and I expected better. I need a response today.
