I had many EE paper bonds gifted to me by my late grandfather. They matured about every 10 years in my adulthood until last year. I have never come across such an unfriendly user website. I've had to make several calls to customer service just to get help redeeming my own money. The representatives act like you're dumb for not understanding their 1995 website. I recently got off the phone to redeem my last bonds, and I could feel her rage and condensation through the phone. I understand this administration is most likely a nightmare to work for, but don't take it out on customers.
