Talked over the phone to three representatives who reached me in different months starting from November 2022 and kindly asked to cancel our membership and stop with calls, emails and mails.

Our informed all representatives who reached us out that do not like to complain and kindly ask about it. If we decide to go back to Travel Smart as members, we will contact you ourselves.

We have at least 20 emails with the same request and Travel Smart continues to bother nonstop.

Each month from November 2022 we continue to receive emails from different representatives, they ask authorization to use my visa which I do not have permission to do so, they start asking to pay partially, asked to call in month to check if we ready for payment, now the insist that we must be members as mandatory ! Unbelievable service.

Today we received new mail which indicates that they have made several attempts to locate us using a contract and the letter has threatened us, if in the next 7 days we do not update our account, the balance may lead to a credit report. Letter not signed. Smart it's not what they offer !

Our package is paid in full, and Travel Smart cannot push us to be a member of Travel Smart if we don't need it anymore.

More say, Travel Smart are using our prepaid money when all travels were locked. Even we paid membership during the pandemic period when all resorts in the world were closed. We did not travel after the pandemic happened and we feel it is not safe to travel right now.

If we were to assume that the Travel Smart would not be respectful, we would never have bought the package. We will definitely not recommend to anyone to use this service. This Service not worse it. All demands from the Travel Smart have reached the absolute reluctance to deal with this group.

Desired outcome: Immediately cancel our membership and stop with email, call, mails.

Good Afternoon Mr & Mrs Sudar, We're sorry to hear that you do not currently wish to use your membership. As we're sure our agents have explained, as per your contract, the annual fee, which covers all associated administrative costs as well as many other benefits within the membership, is a mandatory payment that should be covered yearly regardless of whether or not you choose to travel.

If you no longer wish to remain a TravelSmart member and would like to cancel your membership, you are able to do so by contacting the member service team directly however, please be advised that this is a permanent decision and all benefits will be forfeited. You will not be able to reactivate your benefits at a later date when you wish to travel again. Should you require additional assistance regarding any of these matters please feel free to reach out to us directly and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist in resolving any issues you may be experiencing.

Hello, received today answer from representative Travel Smart with the same information that membership cannot be cancelled and again push us to pay membership fee. When this it's play game will be finish? We have health issue, cannot travel and require cancel out membership! Per previous message here it's clear that we can cancel and fortified benefits. We decline to pay a membership fee and immediately cancel our membership. Thanks
