Travelhouse review: Rip-off

One of the agent named Jason Southgate, sold me this ticket, asked for deposit and said that I could pay the balance within 90 days. He said I could pay it in instalment or pay the full balance before 90 days. Before the end of 90 days, I called him to pay for the balance outstanding but after he had taken my name and was on the way of processing my payment, he keep having this lame excuse that he's got an emergency call that he needs to take. It happened 3 times, so I got suspicious, then on my fourth attempt to make the payment, he finally told me that the ticket has been cancelled because I should have paid within 15 days of booking. He then told me that he's going to try to find me another ticket and said he's going to call me back but after a month he's never called me back. Then now, I just called him and asked for a refund for the deposit I had paid him but he said its not allowed and he said that he tried to call me but I never answered which was a lie. I could actually ask for a copy of all the calls I had the past month and I never had a call from him. I don't know how to get back the money now.
