Travel Jigsaw review: Full protection car insurance

I rented a car in Portugal from Alamo/Guerin/enterprise car hire, made the booking for full protection insurance through Jet2 and received the Travel Jigsaw policy, costing me over £50 and promising full protection against anything not covered in the car insurance. In Portugal I scuffed a curb and had a small mark on on of my front wheels. The car hire company charged me 134 Euros and gave me the necessary paperwork to claim the money back.

On return home I tried to put in a claim but the link to the claims line does not work, I contacted their Customer Services but have had no reply, I have even tried to contact Jet2 who sold me the policy and no reply from them.

If these people are not genuine and wont pay out, why are their policies being sold through Jet2Carhire, I trusted Jet2 with the whole package but I will think again in future.
