Trailblazer RV center review: The company is refusing to refund our deposit 1

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

A deposit was put on a travel trailer. Decision was made not to buy it and the company is refusing to refund our deposit. The trailer was never taken into our possession. We paid a 1000.00. No where on agreement does it state no refund on agreement.

Ursula,

From my experience, a RV or car dealership usually only will keep a customer's deposit if they have been really yanked around by the client. For example, getting the unit ready for pick up or adding accessories only to have said client cancel. My question is: What did you do to them?
Also, do you know if there is a website where businesses can post complaints about rude customers?
