We are gold member of trade wheel for 4 month we rcvd buyer all fake which as per contract they must be reliable
And our manager also do not know any thing about our product (sulfur) and make lot of mistake during his contact to buyers , after 4 months past with 0% performance, non offer buyer even reply after get price ( our product had global plt price and our price was below it , it suppose buyer already aware of price)
We ask platform to close our account many time to avoided waste our time but they not remove us just stop introducing buyer
We will be very happy if there are other client in same condition and plan to sue
