TPG Santa Barabara Bank review: 2022 amended tax refund

the IRS sent my amended 2022 refund to this bank for what reason I am not sure about. The IRS was suppose to mail my check to my address. I have been in contact with this bank since 02/17/2023. The first check that was sent I didn't receive it because they sent it to an old address. I was told to fill out the Ideminity form which I did. They claimed they sent another check out and They spelled the street incorrectly. Was told to fill out another Ideminity Form due to their mistake. Mind you I have sent 30.00 dollars already to get the form notarized. Do you think they gave me credit for that? Nope they sure didn't. They claim that another check was sent on 3/29 and I am still waiting. I need my money that I am entitled to. I wish they would stop playing games. Do they not realize they are in business because of the Consumers.
