I saw the online link to winning a free phone.
I clicked on it and I was redirected to a payment for delivery of the phone option.
I put in my bank details to pay for the delivery. The cost is 2eur.
They said delivery is between 2 to 7days.
After 3 days I saw a debit of 43 eur on my account.
I chatted the customer agent on their website and I was told the 2eur was to become a member and the 43 eur is a top up. I was told no refund.
The link I clicked on did not specify it as a membership fee. It is all a scam.
Desired outcome: I need a refund of the total of 45 EUR that they deviously collected from me.
We have the same problem with Toystore.com. My husband was asked 2 pounds to receive a parcel from England. We live in Belgium but travel regularly to England so he thought it was from one of my friends. After 3 days 63 pounds was debited from his bank card. it is NOT refundable. With it you get credits and can buy products from the store. It is A SCAM. We won't see our money back.

I got a mail from FedEx saying I had to pay custom costs of 1,99 euro's for a package. As I was still waiting for a package, a ventilator from Dimass Group bv I thought it was about that. So I paid it with my credit card. And after that without me knowing and noticing they took twice 67 euro's from me! I cancelled my account which they created in my name on Toystime, I found out about them becsuse they mailen me. I want all of my money back, they only say to oay me back one 67 euro's.
