June 28, 2021 I bought a used 2011 Subaru Forester from Toyota of RIdgecrest for $15,955. I bought the car due to the low miles and got the extended warranty. My cars motor blew up 5 days after owning it. It took me 8 days of long holds and frustration but finally got it towed back to the dealership after I drove two hours to the dealership and sat in the office until it got there. My warranty company approves a rental for 10 days and it took 8 just to get the car to the dealership. So Toyota told me they had a contract with United and could get me a rental. It was not till later that I realized that they submitted the rental to my warranty for payment. CNA the warranty company approved a new motor for my car. I did not get my car back until 11-24-2021. Toyota said it was lack of parts the wrong motor was ordered and lack of employees. Excuse after excuse all the while I have no car yet still paying payments as well as insurance, rental fees and motel rooms every time I had to go to Ridgecrest to deal with the issues with my car. When the warranty company approved the $6752 for my motor I was told it would be a 5year 50,000 mile warranty. By the time I picked it up it had changed to a 1year 20,000 mile warranty. After a 4 1/2 month wait I drove down to pick it up while speaking to the mechanic he told me that they really should have never sold the car he could tell when he got into the engine that someone else had already been in it. I took the vehicle of the lot and realized the headlight was out, the stereo did not work and there was a service light on so I got yet another room and had to take it back to them the next day. They fixed the light and the service light and told me I would need to purchase a new stereo all though it worked fine when I dropped it off. I took the car home and noticed there was a smell like something was burning I called and spoke with the manager and he said it was just the new engine. On January 6, 2022 I was sitting in the drive through and smoke started coming out from under the hood I turned it off and pushed it to the street and had it towed to my home. Called ridgecrest they told me to take it the shop any shop would be able to fix it. The town I live in is small and it was very hard for me to find a shop that would work with my warranty. My daughter in law went into labor and I then had to rent another car to go to help with there older son. So I got the car into a shop on 1/19/2022 when I did he said that the radiator needed to be replaced. So I did that and when I picked up the car realized there was something wrong it was knocking and leaking when I took it back to the shop he said that the brackets were all the original nothing had been changed from the motor to the radiator he fixed all of them and told me that he thought that I should take it back to them cause there was something wrong with the motor. So I had to rent a car trailer and pay someone to drive me back to Ridgecrest. I dropped my car off on 2/02/22 they diagnosed it and sent it to Antelope Valley to be looked at on 2/10/22. Antelope Valley looked at my car and found that it was installed improperly in Ridgecrest which voided the warranty this was after Ridgecrest had told me not to mention the radiator because they said I would be found at fault and then there was nothing they could do. Well after many heated conversation and being told that I was ungrateful by ridgecrest Toyota they cut a check to Antellope Valley for the amount of 6500 which I would like to mention was less than they were paid to install it improperly the first time. They then told me that they washed there hands of me. I have totaled the money I have spent over the past 11 months for payments, insurance, rentals, services and motels up to $13,559. This does not include gas, food or the huge toll this has taken on my life. I still have no car.

Desired outcome: All my money back that I have invested in this car or provided with a new one. The toyota dealership to be investigated for fraud serious lack of customer service and competence.
