I took my car for the 75000 km service and I was told it would take about two hours from 7.30am sometime in July 2022. I had to wait for it and when I noticed it had taken more than the stipulated time, I went into the workshop and noticed a guy inside the car pushing and adjusting the back seats. There was a similar car next to mine and both cars were raised to same level. I was later given the car and left for work. The following day I noticed that the carpets, seats all looked old and therefore noticed most things were exchanged for old ones from the older version of the same make. The seats, speakers, jack, shocks including the exhaust pipe were all changed, literally they took all my new staff and exchanged with old ones. The service book was not signed and no job number was inserted in as well. Guess someone was running away from accountability. I returned to the dealership and was met with hostility. I emailed the Head office and was promised to be assisted in 24 hours, of which nothing has been done to date. I am so hurt, the car looks very old and this is my fourth car from the same brand and I feel left out after supporting them for over 20 years.
