I purchased a totem student discount card for my son in October 2019, they were supposed to send it to his college but it never arrived. I repeatedly messaged Totum to ask about the cards whereabouts, it took them about three weeks to get back to me, they could not give me an answer as to why the card had not arrived. I asked them to send another to our home address, I finally got a reply in the new year stating that they would send a replacement to our home address, waited about a week, no card. Got an email saying it had been returned to them saying not known at this address which is nonsense as I supplied the correct address, twice. The card finally came, with an expiry date of 22nd November 2020. I have paid for a full year, but because of this company's complete incompetence, my son has lost a month and a half, and he still can't use it as we cannot activate the card, the long number across the card which needs to be typed in appears to be invalid. Totum are now saying this seems to be the original card that was deactivated when they apparently sent out a replacement, so as for the replacement they were meant to be sending out, with a supposed amended expiry date to make up for the time my son has been without his card, who knows what happened to that. I got a reply from totum saying they will activate this original card again, but it is still not working. And my sons account is still stating that it is unverified, despite them telling me his account is verified, they do not even have a phone number to complain to someone over the phone or a complaints department, I can't even find a postal address for them. I just want a full refund now, but they have ignored my requests for one. I am really fed up.
