We purchased TOTO toilet and it came with faulty valve so it wouldn't fill in a tank after flushing. Sometime will work and sometime it wouldn't. We tried calling Bath Emporium dozens of times and we were told initially that they will send us new valve. Not to mention that we never heard from Bath Emporium nor we received anything. All calls and requests to talk to either manager or salesman were unsuccessful. Manager was always with customers and salesman Kim was not in the office. We escalated this to TOTO USA company, logged the case with their service department and few days later received email on how to clean valve filter!?!?!. We tried escalating to Service Manager Jim Kotaska, and guess what...no responces from either Jim or TOTO customer service. STAY AWAY from Bath Emporium and save yourself time and money.

    Toto did not admit that the Rowan purchased is defective, although it never once flush away the solids with 1 flush. Please note I am less than 5' 100 lb, single user . After 1 month, the rep from Toto said Rowan meets their standard, although he did not flush away 1/2 cup of boiled tea leaves. Reason, it's their low end product. I have to live with it. WHAT??? There is no customer service with Toto.
