This company owned by Steve Martin and Greg Bennett closed their
doors without fulfilling all their obligations. The withheld money from their employees and clients for insurance, taxes and 401K,
and did remitt this money that they withheld. Instead they put in
their pockets for their own gains. Never caring that employee and clients may be hurt by their greed. I hope the state and federal goverment press charges against these two. If enough people call
and complain that their taxes were not paid after being withheld from'their pay checks they will be forced to do something.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
iMPACT HR Solutions is in no way affiliated with nor has it ever been owned by Mr. Bennett or Mr. Martin. While the allegations regarding the other aforementioned entities may be accurate, any relationship between Mr. Bennet and iMPACT HR Solutions either implied or otherwise, is completey false.
iMPACT HR Solutions has been doing business in Georgia and 8 other states since 1995, and has had and continues to have an excellent reputation for customer service, human resources, administrative outsourcing, and most importantly a SPOTLESS financial record.
Whatever issues Mr. Bennnet and Mr. Martin may be involved in, it has nothing to do with iMPACT HR Solutions, nor should this company be mentioned in or affiliated with any type of negative statements, comments or accusations regarding illeagal activity.
This company is nothing but a scam. These two owners try to push their liabilites off on others, or worse their own employees. They will withhold your taxes, work comp, 401k and insurance money and then not remitt. The owners of this company should be in jail. No need to try and collect from them they hide behind fake names and fake business names. Do not do business with these people. Some names they are going by now. Payplus HR, Impact HR Solutions, HR Management, Contemium. They have even designed a web site to trash other
people and business. It goes by PEOINSIDER. This is all a creation of Greg Bennett. Do the research yourself there is no Giovanni or Penelope Jackson. This is just another way Mr. Bennett hides like a little girl.
This company did not pay my taxes. The kept the money and now
will not pay. If you experience the same type of of scam please contact
