Top Tech Electronics review: Never received item, false status updates

• Friday, 3/6/20 - Order placed. Received automated email that I would receive order in 2-6 days.
• Friday, 3/13 (7 days later); Product not received Inquired via email about order. I received an email reply which stated:
'After looking at your order it looks like this was pending departure from
our warehouse. But I've gone ahead and placed this for an expedite
shipment. You will be receiving your package within 2-3 days!'
-Wednesday, 3/18( 5 days later):
1. Product still not received, inquired again via email. At 11:45am, I received an email reply which stated:
"We're very sorry for the inconvenience. Upon checking at your order it shows that it wa shipped however it's been pending departure, Due to some shipment issues. But don't worry, since we've already fixed it. Your order has been placed for expedited shipment and it will surely arrive by Saturday '
2. Since tracking number was not provided, I replied, asking for it. They replied it would be coming later in the day.
3. At 4:51 pm, I received email titled, "Great News! Your Order Has Shipped!" .They provided me with a tracking number.
4. At 8:50 pm, I received an automated message from Arrive (the app your company uses to track shipping status, "Shipping label created, USPS awaits item" Since the Arrive app pulls shipping status from the USPS, 8:50pm is the actual time USPS actually got label info.
• Thursday, 3/19, 10:54pm. Received another automated message, from the Arrive app: "Pre-shipment info sent USPS awaits item" - (Item still not given to USPS.
• Friday, 3/20, 10:49am. Checked USPS tracking, USPS has still not received item.. Emailed asking when did the item ship, and included a screen shot from USPS showing they are still awaiting the item. I received NO REPLY to this, and have received no communication since then..
