I want to tell about my experience with Top Speed Motors and how horrible, if not l criminal the experience I suffered because of them. To make matters worse They won't give me back the $1300 I gave them for the deposit even though the contract didn't go through. I was interested in purchasing 2013 Chevy Impala. The down payment was $1300 and I paid it. I paid it via Cash App to Ibrahim Al Baroudi on July 14th 2025. I signed the contract and additional paperwork. Dispite doing so I wasn't able to take home the vehicle that day eveh though I had gotten the full coverage insurance gave them my last 2 paystubs and the down payment. They said I had to do an Interview with the finance company the next day. I got correspondence from them proving that I gave them that information. The next day I go to the finance company for an interview. And then after she goes over the paperwork with me says I was approved told me when and where to drop off my payment and I get up to leave. She asks is for my most recent pay stub from a day or so ago. They had 24 hours from when I left the dealership to the time I sat with the finance company for my the very, very recent paystub, I didn't have my most recent pay stub because I get paid a couple of ways. I work for skip tracing company and for privacy concerns and the nature of the business dont normally have 9 to 5 employees even with management and I'm the Office manager. I gave them the two that they requested at the time and we signed the contract and they stated it was enough. I told him I didn't have it because I didn't and I was given company check. I told them I everything required and the contract was already signed and it should be enough. They weren't even going to let me take the vehicle or give me a refund until I agreed. I said I was going to see about my boss producing another pay stub. They let me take the car.
and that same day, at work I got inundated with calls from the finance company and from Top Speed Motors. They called my business about 5-6 times. Which scared my boss. No one is supoose to be able to know who we are and for them to repeatedly call was worrisome to my boss. I told them that they can't call me like this. I'm following PCI Rule so I can't have my phone next to my computer yet they continue to call me and message me. They claimed to be discrepancies on my pay stuff there wasn't I'm salaried (well was I got demoted because of this) so the hours may change but my pay is
the same. I didn't know this, but the finance company ended up not financing the vehicle. I found that out on July 24th. When I found that the finance company didn't finance the vehicle it was because my lawyer called. I had gotten a lawyer, because Top Speed Motors was saying I had to return the vehicle even though the contract was signed and I told them several times I would return the vehicle. When they give me my $1300 back, and they can't renig on a contract and not refund me. They refused to agree to give me my $1300 On. July 25th. Early morning, July 25th, After speaking to my lawyer. I was driving back from California. My aunt had just died and I went down there to help with the funeral arrangements and getting everything prepared.
My cousin her only child is having a really difficult time and I want to provide emotional support as well. And during that time, they kept on calling me, calling me calling me. I told them that the contract was signed and they need to pay me my down payment. They were sending me message contridicting themselves never telling me the financing fell through. They said I didn't have a contract. So how do I owe them? Another text from them saying that I had violated the contract. I told them several times to contact my lawyer but they continued to contact me Then I talked to my lawyer. And I agreed to return the vehicle that night. Well, on the way to return the vehicle to them I stopped at a rest stop to take a nap. The vehicles engine had no issues. I wake up and the vehicle is completely dead. They ignited they kill switch. So when I was at a rest stop. The vehicle stopped working, that was the early morning of the 25th I am still here as I am writing this. They can't say that they didn't cause the vehicle to stop running because the vehicle is completely dead and I have a battery charger I hooked it up to the vehicle's battery it did nothing. They put a they have a kill switch on this vehicle and they used it. I know that's for sure because they were calling me and texting me, but once they ignited the kill switch on itI stopped hearing from them. They told my dad a couple of days prior they had was to get the vehicle. They were dishonest from the beginning and now they're not trying to give me my $1300 they have me stuck at a rest stop for over a day now closer to 2 days. I have high blood pressure and been unable to take my medication and I was only my way to bring the vehicle back to them. They need to pay me back my $1300 plus additional expenses I didn't have a charger to charge my phone to contact anyone until today. I have no food, the heat is brutal and I'm without my blood pressure medication.
