Top Remodeling Design review: Home improvement

I'm a senior resident of Napa County who entered the construction contract with Itay Snof of Top Remodeling and Design. I experienced that he failed to provide the update on construction plan in timeframe, passing inspection each phase of construction to get the payment, strictly follow the American Canyon Rule and Building Permit. But he did his own ways of breaking the city permit building code regulations, abandonment of the jobs, and filing his fraudulent lien to take advantage of a lonely senior citizen owner. Please, be very careful in hiring this company, not relying on his verbal promise because he had never carried it out in conjunction with failure to put in writing to ensure the work being carried out accordingly.
