Tommee Tippee Feeding bottles

Bought a pack of 3 Tommie tippee bottles at baby city in Bloemfontein South Africa. My son is 3 weeks old today meaning we have been using them for three months, and the labeling is already scratching, almost going unnoticeable including readings of the bottle.

Wasn't expecting that, Atleast not this soon. This means I have to get another bottles once I cannot see the readings to give correct measurements to the baby, not a great first time encounter with the product at all.

Tommee Tippee Advanced anti-colic complete feeding set white

Order number UK184444002 on 4/06/2022 hi we ordered this steriliser we had our baby 4 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems with them leaking constantly I’ve probably lost a tub full already from what’s leak out we thought we would change to these colic ones and have been the worst mistake

Tommee Tippee Bottles and teats

We brought tommee tippee anti colic bottles in January nó complaints bottles are great except few leaks now and again we used these bottles for 3 months on recommendation we changed to closer to nature bottles by tommee tippee all seemed OK but measurements on side of bottles have all but come off so can no longer measure accurately the baby is only 5 months old so have less use than first bottles brought. These bottles now look years old is this a batch fault or have others complained. Would like a answer before purchasing more please all washed by hand and sterilised in tommee tippee steriliser.

Tommee Tippee Prep machine

Looking for advice I bought a prep machine for my son at start of my pregnancy he's now 6 weeks old my prep machine gives out an extra half oz on each bottle I thought this was normal and didn't think much of it but after speaking to different parents who think prep machine is great I now think it's a faulty can you advise me please. I'm sure I bought it out asda store

Tommee Tippee The steriliser

Dear team,

I have contacted the customer services about my steriliser which is going black in the player after every wash. I am constantly rescaling and getting fed up.

Customer service (Ben) told me how they test the product and there’s nothing wrong with it. I have told him how I descale the steriliser but kept emailing me with the same instructions. I do have Google and can search how to clean the product.

I have gone onto Facebook and read that other customers are complaining about the same thing!

I am feeding my baby milk and all that black under the plate is going into the bottles. I have asked for another steriliser to be sent to me because I have had enough!

Tommee Tippee Ollie the owl

We purchased an Ollie the owl 5 months ago for our little boy as a friend of ours had one and on a visit noticed it instantly soothed our baby. We use Ollie daily, for naps and bedtime. Aswell as for general soothing throughout the day. Unfortunately last night I tried to adjust the volume using his foot and the button seems to be stuck/broken and I can no longer adjust the volume.

Tommee Tippee Night and day prep machine

I brought the night and day prep machine however it was making my new born projectile sick.

We tested this by stopping us and re introducing 2 times.. to work out what was happening.

Tommee tippe got me to check the hot shot temp and it was showing as 57°c way less than safe!

I sent the machine back as they suggested and they said they done the testing and all was well and that I had 2 options to have it back or they keep it but a refund wouldn’t be given! They also gave me unsolicited advice on my daughter about sickness and how bottles are prepped.

I had no choice but yo have it back and the condition I have received it in was atrocious. I only used the machine a hand full of times and it was send immaculate! It come back wet, greasy, scratched and with residue. I even checked that it was mine as I was convinced it wasn’t the one I sent.

I complained again and was told it wasn’t sent back in this condition!

I’m absolutely furious their customer service is disgusting and I will never buy another product of theirs again!

Desired outcome: Refund my product and take it back!

I recently brought grooming set and the temperature thermometer does not work properly I love the brand Tommy Tipee products but really disappointed with this product hope you can see to put this right

Tommee Tippee Advanced Bottle Warmer

Tommee Tippee Products and Customer Service continue to disappoint. I have been trying to figure out the issue with my Advanced Bottle Warmer since early January. The customer service have been friendly enough, and appear to be helpful, but so far they have not followed through on any promise.

After determining our original Advanced Warmer was malfunctioning, I was instructed to “cut the cord off the machine” and send in a photo with my address & details in the photo. After the photo was received, they would mail me a new unit under warranty. I told them this was unacceptable, as it would leave me without a warmer for 10 business days (their shipping estimate). We finally received our new warmer this week, only to discover we were sent a different model (Easy-Warm).

I cannot believe the difficulty I have had to warranty a defective product. Not only will I not buy Tommee Tippee products, I will actively dissuade friends and family to do the same. Utterly disappointing.

Desired outcome: Refund original purchase of Advanced Bottle Warmer, or replace with new Advanced Bottle Warmer.

Tommee Tippee Anti colic valve bottles

I bought 3 of these bottles, my son is only 3months and hardly uses these bottles but the sign on bottles including the side that shows how much in milliliters, is already faded and now I am left with guessing how much content I'm throwing in his bottles.

I know the bottles always had the logo engraved but mine is just printed on and is already off.

I paid a lot for those bottles and feel it either needs to be replaced or I need the money refunded.

Desired outcome: The bottles needs to be replaced as it should be with proper engraving or money refunded.

Tommee Tippee Steam steriliser

I’ve received the tommee tippee advanced electric steam steriliser as a gift, I’ve used it 3 times and it already looks burnt? I always fill water to or near the max line, there’s never any water left at the end of the cycle and each time it looks worse.I think for the amount of money that was payed for this you would not expect it to happen already.

Tommee Tippee Bath and room thermometer

We've been using the bath and room thermometer for 5 months - it worked well to begin with but it seems to have now broken and is now dangerously inaccurate, leading to us scolding our baby! We noticed the bath was really hot, despite the thermometer reading 37°. The baby protested - clearly finding it too hot, so we cooled the bath down to 31°C for baths for a while until we got a different thermometer. When we tested it against a different thermometer we were horrified to see it read TEN DEGREES HOTTER than what the Tommee Tippee thermometer said - we have been scorching our baby for weeks! Even our colder baths would have been way hotter than recommend! Really distressed to find this out. Fortunately it didn't result in any serious scolds but it could well have done so we narrowly avoided a A&E visit.

Desired outcome: Product needs to be taken off shelves.

Tommee Tippee Product

Purchased two sets of bottles each box brings 3 bottles a total of 6 bottles sad to say I was not lucky with my purchase do to the fact the bottles leak I've tried everything all in the end had to purchase different bottles but now im stuck with 6 bottles that we can't use because the defective leak waste of our hard worked money for our baby first bottles and a big disappointment

Tommee Tippee Steam sterilser

My steam steriliser is faulty. I have messaged on Facebook and been told it's scale. I have used the machine for 6 days only and it's burnt.
I have photo proof and I took the photo after I attempted to clean it. My son has been poorly and this has caused it I believe as did 111 NHS.
I was told by tommee tippee on Facebook to descale it.

I am not descalkng this Maxhine as it's faulty. It should not burn. I have followed the insurrections correctly.

I think this is terrible service I'm told to go buy descaler rather than have a refund or replacement machine. Why would I trust this machine now when burnt.

Awful service.

Desired outcome: Refund of machine. Was paid at Mama and Papas but not their fault as it’s got a fault or issue

Tommee Tippee Bottles

Good day

I have been using Tommee Tippee Anti Colic bottels for more than 4 Months already I'm very happy with your product, the only thing I'm not happy about is that the writing on the bottels are coming off, I'm planning on using these bottels still a long time.

I bought my bottels on Takealot on 3 December, I'm not happy with the writing coming off so fast. Please will you will you look at this problem.

Good day. I'm a mother of twins
I bought my twins tommee tippee twist and click Nappy bin. I misplaced my till slip and it's been a year now I bought the bin. Always when I put a Nappy with poo it will smell the whole house as if I ddnt close it properly. Then I check the sides this bin don't click to close and it's not broken. Tommee Tippee Printing on bottle

Hello my name is fazima and I had received tommee tippee bittles as a gift for my baby shower. I have used the bottles
Delicately and sterling them as I should my baby is now 4 months old and the numbers on the bottle has started to peel off and fade this makes it difficult for me to measure my babies feeds and sets me back when I have to make his bottles as I have to take time to guess what number is on the bottle. I am very disappointed in this product as I expected it to last much longer then this. I had high expectations for this product. I am not sure if I had a bad first experience with the bottles or if all the bottle's arelike the one I had.

Hi my name is Phumzile Moloi I'm very much disappointed with your product I bought feeding bottles three in a pack at baby city in alberton and my baby is only 4 months and already the numbers are fading even the word itself is fading, I've used tommee tippee with my first baby and never experienced such until she was 2 years old using the same bottles😭💔

Tommee Tippee Steriliser

I brought a microwave steriliser which I have used similar product in the past this one doesn't have a great connection from base to lid after using this product and leaving to cool down for ten mins I removed from microwave to fine still piping hot and hot water coming out of the steriliser which resulted in quite a bad burn on my self in which I had to go to a pharmacy for advice and a dressing
