We bought the Quick Cook Baby Food Maker online from Tommee Tippee and have used it several times.
Somehow we have misplaced the sealing ring which keeps all the liquid in the blender.
I have contacted Tommee Tippee through Facebook and they said they do not have spare parts and there is nothing they can do. They also did not reply when I asked how I could make a complaint.
So now I am stuck with an expensive product that I cannot use and I am having to pay for pre-made baby food as well.
I have tried to message them on their website chat facility but they have not responded.

I bought Ollie the Owl Sleep Aid from synths toys in Ireland on the 11/11/20 (I have a copy of receipt in my email) and it had been working perfectly up until last week. It is located on the shelf in the nursery so the baby doesn't even touch it, but since last week the left-clicking button on the foot does not work. I can click it but it won't alter the sound anymore or it won't turn the sound off.
As this is less than a year old, I would have expected no issues with the foot button this early on.
Can I get a new Ollie the owl as this one has developed a defect overnight?

I'm not happy the TT bottles I'm using isn't good quality the numbers and "pictures" are coming off My son was born premature and was in NICU for a month so he is not using the bottle for that long...
I don't know how much water is in the bottle to measure the amount of formula with...

I'm using it 4 months and I'm about to look for other bottles I can't even see the numbers where I must put water in...

Please can someone assist in this matter I'm really upset with this matter...

My son has been on Tommee tippee bottles since feb (He is currently 3 mo)

The bee( yellow ) bottles as well as my normal plain white unisex bottles print is busy washing off.
How is this possible ? I use the tommee tippee bottle brush. I need answers.

My daughter was on tt bottles in 2013 and it didnt wash off, i still have 1 of her old bottles here?

My baby is only 4 weeks today and the measurements of my bottles is already starting to go off. This is completely dissapointing, I expected a quality product but instead got the same result as I would have when buying a cheap bottle.
I wanted as a first time mom to get the best for my baby but it seems as if this bottles was a mistake to buy... I will not recommend this brand to anyone ever

I have used tommee tippee for my son since he was born. First off the dummies start miffing inside because of the water that can get in and the algae made my son sick because even laying it in milton's or jik didnt work! So disgusted with the product! Then secondly I gave your tommee tippee to my son so he can start feeding himself next moment he bites a chunk out of it and start choking! Should your product not be child friendly to prevent this type of thing? He could have died! I am so blessed he didnt and we could get it out!

I hope this email finds you well. I ordered online two tommee tippee bottles 250ml and 150ml on the 5/04/2021.

I only used 150ml on my new born baby but the bottle name(tomme tippee brand) is fading within a period of a month. I need helpn this matter.

I bought the anti colic bottles thinking that they were going to be something super great. It was actually the complete opposite and I was very disappointed in the product. The bottles leak and my baby gets more milk on their clothes than I assume in their mouth. I am very sad to report that I will not recommend this product to anyone and would give it a 1 out of 10.

I want to make a formal complaint about my microwave steriliser. It has melted in the microwave which is so dangerous and I am now left with no steriliser and do not get paid until Friday with a newborn here to care for. I am extremely unhappy about this and would like something to be done about this or I shall be sharing this on social media to warn people about it.

I purchased a Tommee Tippee prep machine at the end of December - 6.5 weeks later in the middle of the night when preparing a bottle for my baby the hot shot stopped working. I purchased this product specifically for night feeds and it let me down. When I contacted Tommee Tippee customer services they went through a reset process however this did not work and I was told to return the machine for them to investigate, however I explained I no longer want the machine far as I'm concerned the quality is poor for this to happen.

A few days after they received the return, I had an email telling me the machine was not faulty and they would be returning the machine back to me! I called them immediately to explain it was most definitely faulty hence why I had to return it in the first place and I no longer want the machine after all the inconvenience however they insisted there quality check team have verified there is no fault and I have to accept it back. I rejected the delivery and I am still awaiting for a team manager to contact me to resolve this.

My son (18 months) has moved up to the number 3 teat in you range. But after simply a week, the teats tear and has to be replaced (on the exact same place). It is now the 3 pack that I have bought and had to be thrown away after a week.
None of the other teats did this? His number 1 and 2 ones are still in great shape.
Find this ridiculous, not to speak of costly!

On 16 February 2021 I bought the Tommee Tippee "made for me single electric breast pump" from Baby City shop in Northgate Mall, Randburg, South Africa

I attempted using the product when I got back home after work as my manual pump was broken in hopes that your product would be quicker and efficient. However after using the product for about 60 minutes not a single drop of milk came out. I used it again the next day after work while my breasts were leaking and it took 40 minutes to get less than 30ml of milk.

Throughout these 2 days ended up spending more time physically pumping with my hands as the pump was not working.

I attempted to return the product back to Baby City Northgate on the 18th of February. I was told by the manager that the pump had water (which i only washed components A-G after the 30mls I pumped) and that there was a drop of milk on the tube. He informed me that they do not do returns due to unhygienic purposes and that they cant resell a returned pump.

I requested that he show me what he thinks is the problem. He used used an air compressor and measured the air and said the pump works fine and there is no problem. I told him the product is not working for me as it does not work as efficiently as I thought it would.

He refused to do anything about the problem I was faced with. I returned home and have been attempting to use the pump throughout and still received no results to the point where I had to go buy another manual pump in order to express milk for my child as I had been using my hand due to my dissatisfaction with the product.

I bought this product in the hopes that i would spend less time manually pumping and more time with my child but in turn I have a R1700 pump that does not pump milk, less time with my child as I had to pump using my hands and incurred extra expense of buying a new manual from a Dischem shop due to the terrible performance of the product.

I am really not happy with sipping cup. I tried my daughter' s water after 1 hour and it is really bad it smells with plastic.

The name and measurement numbers is fading away. Only have the bottles since September 2019 now I'm having trouble filling the bottle as the measurement numbers had disappeared.

I have bottles that leak all over my baby as she is tying to feed and is soaked and not feeding very well I have the anticolic heat detector ones but my baby still got colic and is very unsettled I am not very satisfied with my profuce

Hi, my name is Roche' I breastfed and used madela teets till 6 months but they were so nice then stoped feeding switched to Tommee Tippee I just baught 2 small anti colic bottles to test and baby was happy then baught 6x other bigger teets.

Im very UNHAPPY as 3x of 8 teets leek and the nippels get sucked in. No matter what I do so I threw 2x small teets away thinking they were old or faulty (my baby is only 7 months old now.) and still there is teets leeking at night when I pick up my baby she is wet full of milk.! I am very unhappy and I spent so much money buying 8 teets and new nr3 nippels for the age. I dont know what to do I can just buy another bottel because in one month I already baught over R1500 of teets cause I heard you guys are the Best? Please assist

Today I brought my son a pack of dummies today as couldn't find one

anywhere lefted the room to make a drink and when I came back into the room I noticed that the dummy was in two
This was the base of the dummy and the tit bit has snapped off my son had it in his mouth for a matter of five minutes

I would like something done about this and someone to get back to me ASAP before I take this further

I use the anti collic bottles. The purple ones with panda bears. They all leak. I have spent alot of money on these bottles and they should not be leaking all over my baby. I cant see anything wrong with the bottles. So I dont know why this is happening if you could please get back with me, my name is courtney and my number is [protected].
