Unethical Business Practices

[redacted], Division President of [redacted] Homes [redacted] is involved in Unethical Real Estate Practices. He has teamed up with [redacted], Sarasota Real Estate Agent that currently works at Premier Sotheby's International Realty, [redacted]. It has been reported by reliable sources and confirmed that [redacted] has given [redacted] cart blanche to sell as many units of the Paine Park Village Development in Sarasota as he can manage, as long as [redacted] receives a kickback on each sale. [redacted] and [redacted] both have a history of unethical Real Estate dealings. The IRS would also be interested in the activities of [redacted] and [redacted]. I advise anyone interested in buying a home to stay as far away from [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] Homes and Sotheby's International Reality.
