This company did business as TODO ES SLIPCOVERS for the past few years, and you can look on this site and others at the massive amount of fraud they perpetrated on consumers. Do not get swindled.

Ordered slipcover, had money taken from account. Four months later, no slipcover, no return phone calls, only excuses via email.

Resolved

Needle and Shears slipcovers is definitely NOT an aboveboard company. It's been FOUR MONTHS and I was told I could expect delivery in mid-Feb when I ordered. Now I am given nothing but excuses via email and I can't reach anyone on the phone. I won't even bother asking for a refund -- I know I won't get it. Will persue chargeback protection via my credit card. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY! I will post that Needle and Shears is fradulent on every board I can get my hands on. I will definitely hurt their business more than the $1200 I am owed...

I ordered a slipcover here too and the same thing happened to me! My credit card was charged and I have email confirmation that my slipcover was "in production". Over a month later after several unanswered emails regarding the status of my slipcover I called and discovered that it had never been made as the company did not have the material it needed! Hmmm...after a month in production you haven't stitched one thread AND you can't even send me an email to keep me updated? I cancelled the order weeks ago and have yet to receive any kind of refund. Sounds like fraud to me!

This customer has posted this annonymous complaint in order to get her order moved to the front of the line ahead of other customers. Our policy regarding these tactics is to reveal the name of the person and to persue legal action if necessary.

Orders are produced on a first come first served basis no exception will be made. Our policy regarding product delivery, which is posted on our web site, clearly states that our product requires time to produce and that there is a wait list. We also recommend that if the customer does not want to wait they should place their order with another vendor.
