Please also be informed that I called the number on the letter I received and spoke to a receptionist for 5 minutes who did not want to give her name. She equivocated any question as to the specifics of the process that is followed when a prize has in fact been won. In fact she plays the scheme part very well. There is definitely something untoward and it will be a good idea if everyone ignore TLA. You will be putting a foot in a scorpions lair if you do. The sting is in the tails. It was so easy for me to call a number that can be traced to a location that can be placed under investigation. Why has that not happened "USA Intelligence". A response from the Intelligence Agency investigating this scam would be quite illuminating, don't you think?

I also received a letter informing me that I have won. This happened out of the blue and I appreciate the information that the internet provides. I suspect that this scam is attached to IWG. This supposition is done without any investigation at no cost to myself or anyone. It is disturbing that these scams continue to operate for years without any word of arrests being made. These syndicates are criminal and have to be dealt with, but it would be foolhardy to put our faith in the USA Intelligence Agencies. It is quite funny, but clear, that the American Intelligence agencies are easily being outdone. Contacting them provides credibility to their funders to cover their operational costs even though there have been no reported successes. We also have no certainty that the contact details provided is legitimate. It may very well be a part of the scam. For anyone to find Mr Edward Finney (does this name sound Dutch?) and close down the operation would cost approximately $1000000. Let's give this some thought.
