To Whom It May Concern,
I am being harassed by representatives from Titanium Alarm LLC. I ended my 2-year contract with the company November 2021 and requested that they not contact me. I continue to receive phone calls and text messages from the company. I can enter my home and immediately get a phone call from them. It is as it they are monitoring when I come and go through the alarm censoring. My door camera and the calls are timed together. This company increased my bill from $59 monthly to $94 within a year, without my consent. When questioned they told me the contract allows them to increase 3% without customer consent. The math is clearly more than 3%. I am a senior citizen and want the harassment to end, or I will seek legal representation. I am asking the CEO Mr. Josh Sutherland to make this go away. I did what they instructed me to do to end the service by faxing and emailing my request not to continue. I had to end the automatic draft account to keep them from robbing me. I have names of all staff, dates and conversations. They are very unprofessional and annoying. Please leave me alone. I am no longer interested in your service.
