Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams [TTD] review: Non refundable amount for cancellation of darshan tickets due to covid-19

Hi team I have booked 4 nos of online tickets for tirupati darshan on 27.03.2020 but due to covid-19 I have cancelled the tickets. So as per the ttd norms the full amount must be refund as the darshan has been cancelled by the ttp committee.
I have mailed to the concerned authority & taking follow ups from last 1 months but there is no response reg. The mails. Pls request you to refund the amount at the earliest.
