Hi,

I have booked darshan for 18th November (when slots have opened for 21st September). Today I logged in at 10 AM and checked for accommodation booking for the same booking (Accommodation slots released on 26th September 9 AM) and I see that there are 0 rooms available.

This is a great disservice to the Pilgrims which is happening. Here are few questions I need answer to

1. Why are the number of rooms slots released less than number of darshan tickets?

2. If the number of rooms released is higher then why are the rooms showing all booked?

there is some issue/loophole causing people to double/multiple book the accommodation which needs to be avoided.

Please cancel all the booked slots and re-release fresh accommodation to the pilgrims after fixing any loopholes

The employees of TTD forcefully come in between the queue and asks the other employee on the counter to give a accomodation to his friends. When questioned he told I am a TTD employee and I can do anything. We waited for 2 hours to get a room and we had darshana within 30 min.

Kindly consider this issue and try to fix things as soon as possible. This happened to me in MBC 34 - employees counter.

During August 2022, We narrowly averted stampede within Tirmala tirupati temple. The queue was managed poorly within the temple and it was so bad that we could not get out of the temple after our darshan. There was no regard for the safety of the devotees. The volunteers behaved like savages pushing and pulling devotees adding to agony. I understand the it is difficult to manage when there his a surge in devotees, but Tirumala has been doing this for decades, they should come up with a more humane and safe way for devotees to visit the temple.

Many modern day devotees (especially with young children and parents), will be considering visiting the temple altogether.

While the public areas in tirumala are kept wonderfully well and unparallel to any public place, i would like to submit the following for ur kind review

1. The corridor ceilings of 300 rupee darshan, VQCII, like ceiling fan are fully covered with dust and webs as if no one cares for the cleaning of those.

2. Just like any item is packed, why can the laddu be packed with a bio degradable polythene cover ?

3. Nice bus services are provided in the name of Sri Vari Ratham...however, the services are not as per timing, every 10mins as mentioned in the boards. all buses should be monitored with GPS for timely movement, apart from reporting times at few selected location by way of bio attendance with fingerprint of drivers. The private vehicles are charging as minimum as 100/- per person per drive of just 1km. Its too high to bear by any middle class man. All vehicles should installed with meter and should allowed to charge with only meter. If possible only green vehicles be maintained on the hill.

4. Mineral water is provided everywhere wonderfully. However people, may be due to ignorance, is still buying bottles water at high prices. can TTD make their own water plant for supplying water in bottles, at cheaper prices say at 10 rupees per bottle. and only these bottles should be supplied anywhere in tirumala.

19 july 2022 10:47am, at room number 6 in sudharsham bavan. Here iam waiting from last 30min but there is no one at the countre to allot lockers. There are many empty lockers but the person who allots the lockers was not at his posion and many of them are waiting for him. And in some of the rooms the executives are playing games in their moniles and not responding in proper way.

I left me shoes in 4030 compartment. After i came back to same place my shoes were missing. Some one stoled it.

Prices of commodities sold are much higher than the MRP, particularly at TTD managed Guest houses.

At Srinivasan Guest house there are few shops inside the Guest house at Ground floor In Balaji cool drink shop I asked for a 1litre water bottle costing Rs 20/-, it is being sold at Rs25/- and 2ltr bottle is at Rs40/- Like this for everything. In another shop n 20ml small parachute oil Rs2/- extra.

I have visited Tirumala on 1.6.2022 with family after getting the recommendation of MLA of Puttaparthi for Darshan of Lord venkateswara and accommodation.

We were waiting for VIP accommodation in Q for 8 hours on 1.6.22. But no use.

Finally got the accommodation at Kowsthubham ( Room no.533). The toilet was very bad.

Later while vacating the accommodation, I struggled hard to get the refund. The people at Kowsthubham says we cannot pay you due to technical issue. The counter at APR ( Opp to CRO) took 3 hours to pay the refund.

Nobody bothered to provide information. Very bad management.

I think TTD has failed to protect the interests of pilgrims .

I D V Krishna Rao have visited tirumala on dt.20-12-2021 with my family. I have stayed in Panchajanya cottage , for this i have paid Room rent security deposit Rs.1000/- .and next day i vacated. At the time of room vacation the TTD CRO office staff told me that my security deposit amount would be transferred to my bank account . For this purpose i approached the TTD official thr email 12 times. I sent 12 emails but no response at all. Still so far I didn't receive the deposit amount. But to my surprise, the TTD CRO people is cheating to the pilgrims. More than 5 months over still i didn't receive the security deposit amount.i request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

We waited for room for more than 3 hours..we got ticket from the counter for accommodation and visited panchayajanam accodamation at 11pm ..but they asked us to wait and wait and wait..only we were the only person there.. finally said at 12.30 scanner is not working go to adp counter and scan I talked to them..we ran over there..they sod time bar and cant scan..2people in panchayatanama Murali and other made us annoyed..we went with aged people and kids..most worst behaviour and attitude..worst experience in Tirupati ever..corrupted people

Hello to the management... This is my heart felt and emotional.. The ladies like will come to tirupati with lots of excitement and enthusiasm but later due to nature I got a period so I couldn't attend for darshan atleast in that case there was no chance for cancellation of ticket nor exchange of tickets this is completely disappointment and for next day also I have booked for kalyanam that is also a complete loss... Atleast in this case management should think on cancellation or money refund or exchange... The trip is completely disappointment for me

I am the cottage Donor for Room No,B-320 (old NoB-54) in Srinivasam, Tirupati. I have sent the Donor verification certificate duly certified by the chrtered account, to the email dy.E.O, Srinivasa in the month of february, 2022. A copy of the same was also sent through courier. But, the previleages for 2022 is not activated. the message as :previleges will expire by 31.03.2". I want to visit Tirumala in the first week of April, to worship lord Venkateswara, but could not book the room,in view of non-activation of previlages for 2022. I have also submited the above factor, through email to Dy,e.o, Srinivasa. i have also tried to conttact over phone, but no body is lifting the phone. Kindly see that my request may kindly be resolved to enable me to book room in Tirumala in the first week of April,2022

I booked a room in SNKTR-6(SUNITI KUTER) on 27-02-2022 and vacated room on 28-02-2022

I paid 4400rs, 2200rs as room rent and 2200 as CD amount which was supposed to be refunded to my account within 7 days after vacating the room but I haven’t received the refund amount yet. It’s almost one month.

I request you to refund CD amount as soon as possible

At present, there is no facility for offering first prayers of the day as per HINDU DHARMA in U.S. A in the early morning at about 6.00 a. m and we are subjected to lot of inconvenience.

Most of the Temples all over U.S. A allow entry from 9.00 am to 10.30 a.m. and none at 6.00 a. m unlike other religious institutions.

I had approached a few office bearers of the Temples in U.S. A over phone, but I am disappointed. My requests are turned down bluntly and the concerned persons on phone straight away refused to cooperate. Some even abused with harsh objectionable words.

They need a word of advice to be enthused with self confidence. A broad outline and a time bound action plan may have to be given (1) to call a meeting of their executive body in the coming weekend, (2) change their bye laws where necessary, and (3) reallots duty hours of their priests and proceed smoothly and swiftly. Aim at uniformity in all the prayer places through out U.S. A to avoid confusion to allow entry at 6.00 a. m onwards for all the Hindu community members.

After getting such wonderful dharshan of Govinda! I feel sorry to bring the sad state of the rooms in astavinayaka block.

My booking ref: IAJ [protected] stayed fin room no 10 ( 28 feb/ 1st mar 22) in astavinayaka block.

1. The main door had to be banged to shut it

2. The wall paint has faded beyond primer coat and peeled at many places

3. The miror both on the sink and dressing table is damaged so much that we cannot even see our face.

4. The tap was dripping and difficult to close.

5 . Some of the power points were not working

At least a coat of paint and change of miror will help before a renovation is taken up.

Last week i tried to book 300 rupees 2 darshan tickets and 5 additional laddoos, the money got debited from bank and ticket has nit booked, please send my money back (300+300+250) as much as fast as possible.
