We moved in our Park Home in May 2022, upon arrival we noticed the flooring was damaged. We took the plastic cover off the bed to find a hole and black marks where the mattress had been dragged on the ground. Kitchen window glass had not been fitting correctly. Kitchen, where the sink is all the unit had lifted off. Bathroom unit all the shelving was lifting . Radiators were held on with cable ties and 9ne Radiator had been fitting and I think the had forgotten to wear his glasses. We had been in a week and we noticed wasps. It turned out the home had not been sealed correctly hence the wasps nest. This was reported to them but there did not seem to be any urgency. Again we asked that they send someone to investigate. It got to the point we reported it again and they were more interested in us taking photos. It got to the point you could not go to the front of the house as they would swarm you. It took three weeks to send someone round to smoke them. Tingdene then said some would come to do the sealing and sort snagging. The back door, we sent three months not able to close or lock, again Tingdene wanted photos knowing full well this issue was an ongoing one since the home was sited. Well it was August when someone came to sort things out. Only job completed was the kitchen sink and squeaky floor. We were promised they would come back. It is now August 2023, still waiting all of the above to be addressed and since the wasps we have had bees!

The furniture was all bleached with the sun, curtains bleached but all they kept saying was sold as seen! All this was reported back to them with a list of our snagging. Tingdene kept making the excuse that it was an ex show home, I said what has that got to di with it, we still paid full price.

We are still waiting for your snagging abs all the rest to get dealt with.

Desired outcome: All issues to be addressed and perhaps compensation for all the stress
