TimeshareCancelled.com – Breach of contract in providing assistance to cancel our timeshare

Mr. Kyle Logue of TIMESHARECANCELLED provided us with a contract which stated that he could get us out of our timeshare within 18 months or would refund our money. Throughout the entire process his lack of communication is unprofessional. Days, weeks, even month goes by without him returning our phone calls or our emails. He often provides the excuse that he is out of the office or has a family emergency and will call when return but then three weeks can go by and still no communication. We have not been able to get anywhere with the timeshare nor do we have anyway of getting him to response to our phone calls or emails.
