Wow where do I begin. I have been living here for almost 6 years its a nightmare! Building is unsanitary and hardly cleaned. I had my second electrical fire in 3 months last night. Mold issues. Dirty rude people. Me and my sons health has drastically declined after moving here. Convinced we are suffering from sick building syndrome. Have never felt so sick in my life since I moved here to the point where I spend weeks in bed because of no energy. Please please stay away from all timbercreek buildings its a living hell. They ruin lives and family's! And trust me they dont care. I could go on and on but im exhausted

Nothing was resolved in my unit besides some cheap cocking on the sinking floor boards in the hall. And its sunk more since then. Kitchen wall u can actually press in from im figuring water damage .

My son luckly relocated to his dads. Health has turned around 100 percent since leaving

They are keeping the building cleaner but the major issues like mild water damage what is making pep ill is not being resolved
