I found this company by a Google search for winterizing. I loved the ease of the online appointment and happy to be contacted by Tony that he could come earlier if I was available. Tony was personal and professional. I trusted his work and will call them in the spring to turn on the system. 10 stars.

Really a top notch company. Tony(owner), called back sooner than expected. Was on time for our appointment, which was appreciated since my schedule is soo hectic. He was able to get repair done as he described and left my yard actually cleaner than when he started. I?ll definitely call him first if I need any help again!

Anthony did a great job and I'd happily recommend him for any plumbing. No-nonsense, straight shooter, the job was completed as quoted and on time, (actually sooner.) Gave us information we will be able to use to help prevent problem in the future. Response was quick and responsive as all of his were. I like the email pdf for quote and being able to pay the bill online.

Had Robbins Water reroute and replace a sump pump. They went above and beyond in doing an excellent job in a fast and efficient manner at a fair price. I also appreciate their follow-up to make sure everything was working correctly and I was satisfied with both their work and the results of it. We had an unfortunate water line puncture in the middle of our driveway. This left us without water during the COVID-19 shelter in place order. For many reasons we were eager to get it resolved. Tony and his team responded very quickly and I immediately knew we were in the right hands. His estimate was very detailed and it was clear that his knowledge and experience was vast. We could not have been more happy with the outcome and his service. I would recommend him to anyone.

If you want the best service for any of your needs that involve water, this is the company you want. Searching for the "best deal" is not needed ... they ARE the "real deal". With incredible response time from initial inquiry to job completion, the situation was resolved above and beyond my expectations. Their team is punctual, professional, honest, reliable, hard working family men that truly appreciate the business. The estimate was spot-on, with no pressure for commitment. They will work with any budget and if necessary, perform non-emergency work in phases. I am thrilled to have their resources available for future needs.

Once we decided to go with Robbins Water Line Restoration, all of our headaches were taken care of. There was no need to babysit the contractor or continue to inquire was to when the contractor was coming out and when the job would be done. After our initial consultation, Tony gave us three very detailed written options. He listed the pros and cons of each option, so that we could make the best informed decision. We have service line coverage with our home owner's insurance, and Tony worked with them to help us with our claim. When it came time for the job to begin, we were kept in the loop and there were no surprises. We knew when the equipment was coming, the crews, the closure of our driveway, and the disruption of water service. The completion of the job was on time and the restoration of the excavations was left better than he found it. We would definitely recommend Robbins Water Line Restoration. Agree with all the other reviews. To start off: my wife said after the repair, damn, it looks good, [she] couldn't even tell where he had excavated the driveway (it's a gravel driveway). That should say a lot. Anthony Robbins was great to work with. When I contacted Anthony he called back within hours and offered drop by the following day, look it over and give me a written quote. That's what I wanted to see, a very professional approach. [Note on other contractors: When I first contacted others, they just threw out a quote on the phone - and I didn't want to trust that. Some preached to me that the water line is old (30 years) and that plastic was bad and they had to put in a completely new water line (500 feet!) at tens of thousands of dollars. For one leak in 30 years! Anthony suggested fixing this leak and then see if others "pop" up. If not, no need to replace entire line (although he has the capability to do so if needed).] Anthony explained (on that first visit) what he would do, how he would do it, the risks, the pros/cons. He was direct with his answers, didn't deflect any questions, He was thorough with his answers, he didn't try to hide anything. Another thing that first visit, he was ON TIME (actually 15 minutes early). Throughout the process he was on time with estimates, updated estimates, on site time. He kept me informed, via phone calls or email, during the entire process. He was a tad more expensive then the others, but I felt like he protected my driveway, my property, and my waterline - something I'm not sure the others would have done as cleanly. As my wife said, you get what you pay for, and if want quality and honesty, then Anthony is well worth it.
