The wait to pick up your order is ridiculous. Sometimes they forget the whole order. Spécial traitement from employee on cash register for people from the same race. He called him down paid separately on the side gave him his order immediately including food. Now we prefer to go and pay more at Starbucks. Lots of people were complaining in line that they have been waiting for ever. I guess this pick up system is not working properly at this location. I know my family and I we will never stop at this location

    Tim Hortons takes accusations of racism seriously. Racist customers will always be a problem at any customer facing business and there is only so much that can be done to stop incidents like this.
