On November 10, 2019, I went to Tilly's to pick up an online order my spouse had placed. When I arrived I stood directly in back of the cash register (my view was blocked by a clothing rack), but I saw a young lady standing on the other side, so I moved over in front of her (as I had already been standing in line). The "manager" said to me "you cut in front of her, " I told her that I was standing over there, and I am here to do a pick up order. She helped me, but her demeanor was very rude. Before walking out I told her that I didn't appreciate how she ridiculed me in front of customers and she walked away and became very defensive. She told me several times, "I am done talking to you!" When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. When I asked to speak to another manager, that manager, Fatima, refused to give me the other manager's name. I filed a complaint with Tilly's because this is ridiculous. Their names are not protected by California privacy laws, especially when they wear identification. I will never go to Tilly's again.
