I already email ticketstoindia 72hrs before departure but even after many calls no one responded properly. I spend £826 on tickets but now on cancellation they are charging £350 per person which is ridiculous. What will left after then..?

I am a cancer patient and due to some emergency I have to cancel tickets. Even online on there site they mention that in case of health reason they support the passenger on cancellation of tickets. This is how they are supporting...?

What a rubbish service I will definitely won't recommend this company to anyone tobook tickets.
I will definitely report this to CAA & Ombudsman service.
