Placed order 7 Aug 18. Paid with credit card. Order accepted and credit card debited. Suppose to ship 7-15 business day. Also was suppose to be notified when items shipped. Sent 4 emails to any address I could find on emails confirming purchases. No replies as of this date.

After a half a dozen messages with paypal, I managed to decline the partial refund (the "deny partial refund"-button does not work. I guess this keeps most of the decliners away from trying to get their money back).
Now PayPal is "investigating" for the last 5 days. We will see how the investigating proceeds.
I never got response from threesquirrels.com customer service, so I disputed at PayPal two days ago.
Today I got an offer of partial refund. I an not accepting it. Let's see how this proceeds

Was anyone able to successfully get paypal to refund your money? I filed a dispute and 3 appeals that have all been denied...
The same also happened to me. The hammock ThreeSquirrelShop.com was advertising in Facebook was totally different than the one I received. I was stupid enough to believe that you could buy something so impressive with so low price (USD 35, 88.)

I also bought the same product, two actually. Same date too. Paid by PayPal
I received the shipment in Finland on 3 Sep 18.
Instead of the sideways hanging new interesting product, I received two regular hammocks with bug net. The hammocks are different and way too small for any adult to use.
I also filed a complaint (as instructed) to email service@chicbazzarff.com 4 days ago (as soon as I opened the package), and have no reply from their side ever since.
