Three Brothers review: Clam crumbs

We weren't expecting a gourmet meal. But I was expecting a meal that looked somewhat like the industry standard and management to have some type of professionalism. I ordered the clam strips and an order of fries. I received a basket of clam crumbs that I wouldn't serve to anyone. After I received my order, I showed them to the cook/manager. I asked if this is what the clam "strips" normally looked like. Instead of having any empathy, or taking responsibility for the order I received, he went over to the freezer which was located directly behind the counter and pulled out a bag of frozen clams. He put them on the counter and says "This is what we get, so this is what I served you." I couldn't believe he did that. I was there with my family. I didn't want to cause a scene but I can't believe this is the response I got. I would have expected their manager to have some type of professionalism. At the very least have a but of respect. I've never had a restaurant manager pull out an example of their product and say, Oh well, this is what we get, so this is what you get. I won't be dining here again. They do have somewhat decent pizza, so I guess this is all they are good at. If you do dine here, don't order the clam strips. Not a positive experience.
