I am writing with great unhappiness to the poor service I received from from the dealership in Plumstead. What upsets me more is the bad reviews I'm reading on your site. I have send from pillar to post from the manager Jacques Fryer with him sending me a final email requesting me to pay R2500 to have my problem resolved. I need assistance asap plz
Desired outcome: To have my issues resolved or Thorp taking back this vehicle with this problem as I traded my car in and I still need to pay a further 5 years.
