Shipping was super quick! I was a bit hesitant at first because the color samples were teeny tiny, but I ended up being really happy with the colors I picked. I knew that was a lie because I had seen the post office clerk do it myself. I asked her for a certified return receipt, but she said my tracking number was the only kind available for packages, and it was on my receipt. But I had paid in cash and didn't keep the receipt long enough. I never expected such dishonest customer service from an online store.

They did offer to exchange the sheets for a different color, but I don't think any of the colors they have will match my comforter.
