Bait and Switch Maneuver
We avoid altogether the branch manager Theresa Wittau at the Glenview office at 1441 Waukegan Rd. She is wholly incompetent and often lacks basic bank policy understanding. Even worse, she shoots from the hip based on misinformation without checking the facts. She is a malicious and dysfunctional person you want to stay away from. We have reported her to the upper management and the consumer financial protection bureau and others experiencing her bit and switch tactics should also do the same.
