TheClick2Buy review: Scam

My laptop went red and bells were ringing, and I was unable to do anything with my laptop and it keep saying don't turn off your computer, just ring this number, therefore I rang the number which was [protected] therefore a man answered me saying don't touch your computer as I have control of it. Then while taking over my laptop, I said is this going to cost me! He said yes, I am fixing your laptop for you, I said how much is it going to cost me. He said $470 but because I am a pensioner it would only be $400. Because I am dyslexic, I said I don't need lifetime as I am 72 years old, so I said I don't understand why you just cannot cancel my account. He just said just say and keep it as it will help you a lot with your laptop. Then he said it's ok it's a great price to pay for life. Once again, however, I said please just put my $400 back into my account today. I still didn't know what to do so I gave him me credit card and they took $400 out of my account. I have rung them 8times but no answer from them.
