The Ultimate Facial Fraud

I applied online for something else and it was one of those you need to try 2-3 of our sponsers Well let me tell you DON'T let them get you. This place calls you and tells you they are sending the cosmetics you have 30 days to cancel that you are getting a $25.00 gas card FREE (This did NOT happen) and a $25.00 WalMart or somewhere card...Did not get that one either. I called the telephone number 3 or 4 days and never got anyone. I sent 2 e mails with read reciept requested never got a reciept to that. Today I called because they had charged my debit card $78.+ and I was told that I could not send it back because the 10 days had passed. I am furious and will file fraud charges against them with my bank.

The Ultimate Facial no way to find someone when you need to cancel a product and then are charged

I have been trying to reach someone to cancel and return my Ultimate Facial Kit, with the 3 full jars of cream and the tool for the applicators. I actually loved your product but my mother just passed and I cannot afford any luxuary item at this time. I'vve been trying to get thru to an operator and online is even harder to contact to cancel. Sometime in the future, I'd buy it, and I've already told many friends about it. Nothing on the market(wagreeens) or company has it down like you do.I"ve tried a few vey popular brands...but since I have this death to take care of, no will...I just cannot afford your product at this time.

The Ultimate Facial RIP OFF!

I used this product one time and my face was burned, badly. My skin color turned bright red and I had blister's similar to burn all over my face. After several days when my face was still red and blistered and it felt like a piece of sandpaper, I went to my Dr. and he concluded with great concern, that my faced had been burned.

I promptly pack the product up and shipped it out. A week later I noticed a charge from Ultimate Facial of $78 to my credit card. I called the customer service number and explained that I had returned the product and clearly explained what happend to my skin (which has not completely healed), they told me that they had not received the package and that I was supposed to call them before I returned the product. They made it very clear that they were not going to return my money to me. I asked to speak to a Sr. Level Manager who proceeded to tell me that there was no way I was getting my money back.

THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING THIS PRODUCT ! IT IS DANGEROUS AND THE COMPANY HAS NOT ONE ETHICAL PERSON WORKING FOR THEM!

The Ultimate Facial rip off unauthorized credit card charge

This company claims I ordered their product. I did not. I immediately called the company and stopped any future shipments. They said they would only charge the 78 dollar "free" trial for the product. I never received the product. My post office sent a fax to the company claiming I did not receive the item. After numerous calls, they told me they would only charge me 19 dollars or I could return the item. How do you return something you never received? I notified my credit card company and will be filing a complaint with the Colorado BB and the AG. I have read they are not allowed to ship from Colorado, yet they did. This company is a rip off.

This company was on a freebies site. they sent me a free facial brush, which fell apart in a week. Then they started sending and charging me for products I didn't want.
They sent them registered mail.
No matter what i do I can't stop them.
This is nothing but a big scam.
I will contact the contests bureau of Canada and report them.

Basically, they charged me $79.41 + $7.95 shipping for packages that I did not order, nor did not want. They did not do this only once, but twice. I called and cancelled my "subscription" after the first time, and low and behold, the day I cancelled, the very same day, they just happended to send out my second package. On the very same day they shipped the second package, they also charged my account another $79.41 + $7.95 shipping. When I called to complain, the lady, Lynelle, was very evasive and made me even more dissatisfied. So, I called back and talked to Laura. She was more helpful but still, very matter-of-fact. I sent the second package back and am waiting to see if they credit my account back. I won't get all of it back, if any, I'm sure. I will let you know. This is ridiculous. The package is two or three bottles of cheap stuff that I don't believe is worth $86.00. I accidently stumbled upon this place while trying to sign up for a free laptop. I never heard another word about the laptop and was suppose to also get a $50 gift card of some kind, but not another word about that either.

This company made unauthorized charges on my card for product I did not order or authorize. They would not allow me to speak to a supervisor when I called customer service. They lied and said they were unavailable when the customer service rep said she just spoke with her. They even acknowledge they had shipment returned as undeliverable but would not refund the 73.84 they owed me. I was very upset that they did not realize that had in fact committed fraud.

I too was robbed by The Ultimate Facial-It was truly a bad day when I decided to try thier product, but decided to return it, unopened. You need to cancel within 7 days! Although I rec'd the package 8 days later. So they actually gave me a RMA. When I returned the package, I was told I could not get my refund because I did not put the return number on the outside of the box!. Plus, if I got the package back, and re -returned it with # on the box, they simply wouldn't send it back to me, thus I received nothing at all! They are CROOKS in the BIGGEST way. A good company should not have to operate on lies and scams, but this one definately does-everyday...SHAME ON THEM-DO NOT BUY 1 SINGLE ITEM FROM THE ULTIMATE FACIAL

shipped me products I did not request, says can only receive full refund if they are shipped back unopened at your expense within two weeks of receipt or you will be charged $70+ dollars. I had to go to the website to find out this information, many people would probably open up the packages and not realize they were going to be charged.

Hi to all frustrated readers. I found this set of products on a freebie site in the UK and I thought I'd give it a go. The products sounded good and I'd been looking for some time at microdermabrasion kits. So I sent off for my supposedly 'free' sample-with the option to cancel any further deliveries if I contacted them and cancelled my subscription within a certain time period. Well, I received the products. They were of no superior quality, but they did smell nice. Also, the microdermabrasion tool was missing. The VERY SAME DAY that I received the delivery, I cancelled my subscription. I informed them that things were missing in the parcel they sent and they sent me a confirmation email saying that any future deliveries were cancelled, as was my account, and all my details were wiped off. Yeah right! They have continued to send me the parcels ( I'm on the 4th one now and not one of them has ever contained this phantom microdermabrasion tool! ) and they have continued to charge my card. What on earth am I meant to do? Anyone out there with an answer? Thanks : )

RIPOFF big time, we filled with colorado BBB today, and hope something happenes!

I have recent run in with the copany. While completing an online survey, we came across the 14-day free-trial pack offer for $2.87. We receievd the package with no information (about how to return, trial period length, actual charge) with the package. After 3 days from the receipt of the package, I saw $78.41 on my credit card.

I called and was told that it is 8th day from the order (which is the trial period, it was not mentioned before) and 78.71 is the charge, which again was never mentioned. They said they emailed me the terms and condition when they shipped, which I never receieved. But now I get cancellation email from them, which shows that the email works, and they never sent the trems and condition email before.

I now cannot return the product and the charge is not refundable. I have called FTC and let them know this. I also called my credict card and disputed the charge. They said they are going to investigate it. I also complained with Delaware State Attorney General's customer potection cell.

I have talked to company reps repeatedly, and emailed them. They are adamant about not refunding.

They are practising unfair means to dupe customers. Particularly their claimed 8-day trial period ( I never was told about it before) from the time THE ORDRE WAS PLACED, NOT WHEN SHIPPED, or WHEN RECEIVED was disingenuous. From the emails here, it is clear they are in the business to lure unsuspecting customers into a trap.

This company should be closed down.

The Ultimate Facial burned my face

I just want you to know that this product was a scam. I used the product just as exactly how they said, word for word. And it burned my face. It got real red and dry after i used it. It was supposed to smooth my face but in all reality it made it real rough and has left marks. I did 4 days ago and am still emberassed to leave my house. I look like I have this big red rash on my face. The sad thing about it is, they say you can cancel within 7 days, well of course I did. And they still charge your card 20 dollars. Well it wouldn't be so bad them charging your card if it didn't work. But no it totally messed up my face! I am filing a report on them and also with my bank. I sincerely urge you not to order this product, no matter what kinda deal they say they will give you. IT'S A JOKE!

the company said that they offer a free trial and i was charged 1 day before the free trail was over i comtacted them and they had already charged my account 78.41 they will not refund the money or talk about the product being returned. I have only been able to use it one time because it left my face so sensitive that i did not dare to try it again. When you go to their site read everything carefully because it will zip past the ten day to contact them and the 19 dollars it will cost you to ship the product back.

I recently have had the same issue. Do you know what the telephone number is to reach them? They gave me a number, that does not work. I was told I would be charged $19.95, but was charged $78.41 and I am a college student with no money now. Please help as soon as you can. ( the number they gave me was [protected] which does not work and their address on the box is non-existence)

The Ultimate Facial bogus charges

My mom recieved two packages in the mail from this company not idetified on the outside of the package to let you know whom it is from, so you have to open it . She never ordered this Ultimate Facial product and then when you call to get them to return it, they already charged my mothers credit card and would not tell me how they got my parents card number just kept telling me they ordered it when they have not . They stated if the package was open they would charge her 19.95 for the package being tampered with .. This is a scam and they should be ashamed to treat older people this way, they are taking advantage of people. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and when I told Jenny a supervisor on the phone from The Ultimate Facial this, she hung up on me. Please beware of this company they are truely out to scam us!

I just want to say that I wanted to test your product out online. I submitted a order for a trial free offer. Recived order and your product sux. Poor quality! Then my bank account was charged about $80.00, for the crappy quality merchandise that I received, making my account go negative. Thanx a bunch... I hope that other people do not make the same mistake that I did and do business with your company. You should probably do follow ups with your customers to make sure that they are satisfied! Beware of the Ulitmate Facial...

Do not order from this company! They saaid if you cancel within first 30 days, you will never be charged again...only problem is they never show you cancelling and will continue to charge you but will never send you anything else. I cancelled 2 days after getting and it has been a nightmare! They refuse to refund any money and they are very rude. I had to contact my bank to get some help and am still getting charges after 3 months worth of cancelling. The product itselfis junk! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!

I was remiss in cancelling within the required period of days after receipt of the first order. Once I had time to sit down and cancel, I called the company on their customer service number and made cancellation. They told me that a shipment had already gone out and asked me if I wanted to keep it and they would refund $40 right then (instead of the $86.36 complete return charge). I told them that I would send the package back, unopened, RTS, and would expect the whole amount credited back to me. That was three weeks ago. Now, the same customer service phone number, which was also provided to me on the cancellation confirmation email, says "Your call cannot be completed at this time." I have emailed them requesting my refund and have not heard back. What gives with these scheisters?

I wish I'd saw this too. I ordered through a site offering a free ipad on 1/12 but it took until 1/25 to get it. On top of that, my so-called free stuff, they didn't send because I cancelled. Then I have to have it back by 2/2. How can I do that? I have to pay the USPS some money to send it back. I cancelled on the phone AND on the internet. I also got a 5 day extension from a rep, which is really only 4 days (2/6).But maybe they're trying. The rep said I could try it but I'm not going to even have time like one of you stated. I wrote my RMA number on all 4 sides of the box, included a copy of my internet cancellation confirmation letter and stuffed it with tissue paper like a gift. So, if they are trying to win back our trusts, I won't be a victim instead of consumer. I will keep you posted. Later
