The Old El Paso Chunky Salsa review: The packaging issue

Hi, I bought the Old Rl paso chunky salsa bottle on 9th November 2021 and used for preparation of some tacos. The bottle was half filled and I kept in my spice cupboard. Today I heard a bang noise and the the bottle has just opened and splashed sauce all over the the cupboard.
It has caused extensive cleaning and if it would had been on open space it would have splashed all over the wall and ceiling. There is no precaution note on the bottle.
I am very disappointed with the product.
