The following full online communication log says it all concerning Mobile Base Canada being such an unappreciative, 1-day, 1 message totally arrogant & annoying communication style. This is about a refurbished ipad I purchased from them through Amazon.ca a month ago. I wasted lots of my time trying to save these people a full refund action & what did I get other than their multiple ridiculous & non-apologetic attitude.
People at The Mobile Base CA care nothing about how much their defective, supposedly to have been fully tested to ensure 100% functionality product they are selling on Amazon.ca platform has caused me in terms of time, mental stress, frustration & lots of disappointment & much decreased confidence in shopping at Amazon.ca, especially their third party sellers anymore...

Just found out that the charger included is defective , not working properly, i have to keep checking & adjusting the cable/charger & constantly monitoring if the pad shows a charging symbol. Took awfully long time to charge, 10% for 36 hour period!

Either the charging cable and/or the charging port of this pad is defective/damaged. Can you send me a replacement certified charging cable to try to see if it will work all ok or just return everything for a full refund?
