Despite every attempt at sending requests for canceling my son's account, on 9/27/2022, they continued to charge my account, for 3 additional months, stating that they never received my cancellation form. I drove down in the snow, as Dr. White and her staff refused to help me or return my phone calls or e-mails. I requested cancellation IN-PERSON, TODAY, I was met with disdain and hesitation to help me or make it right in any way. She told me that I never replied, then I proved that I sent the e-mail and cancellation form (albeit blank, as my form answers did not save); that didn't change my request, and they NEVER made any attempt to let me know that it was in fact blank but did reply with 'thank you' when I sent the form (see below), and continued to charge me $39 (x3), despite numerous, OBVIOUS requests to cancel. I did NOT authorize these 3 months of charges, and thank God, my bank agrees and is reversing the charges. Thankfully, I have complimentary legal services and work, and will be seeking assistance, but consumers need to be made aware of how incredibly unethical and irresponsible they are. Even standing in their office this morning, she said she sent me an e-mail, that I never received, smirking and blaming me. It was gross, to say the least.
