These insoles from The Insole Store are the real deal. I've been using them for a solid 10 years now and I wouldn't even think about using any other brand. They make such a huge difference, especially when you're stuck with shoes that have no insoles or just the basic ones that come with the shoe. Trust me, just switch them out for these insoles and you'll feel the difference right away. It's like walking on a cloud! I highly recommend giving them a try.

So, I was trying to get in touch with The Insole Store to ask a few questions about their products. I called their customer service number and boy, was I in for a ride! First off, I was bombarded with a bunch of ads that seemed to go on forever. Each one was about 30 seconds long and I had to sit through the whole thing before I could even try to talk to a real person. Talk about frustrating!

I mean, I get it. Companies need to advertise their products and services. But come on, do they really have to make it so difficult for us customers? It felt like they were trying to manipulate me into buying something I didn't even want. Not cool, The Insole Store. Not cool at all.

Anyway, after what felt like an eternity, I finally got through to a customer service rep. They were polite enough, but I couldn't help feeling a little annoyed by the whole experience. I mean, why make it so hard for people to get in touch with you? It just seems like bad business to me.

All in all, I'm not sure if I'll be shopping at The Insole Store again. Their products might be great, but their customer service needs some serious work. If they want to keep customers coming back, they need to make it easier for us to get the help we need.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with The Insole Store. I ordered a couple of sandals from them, and while one of them (the Vionic) was pretty good, the other one (the Spenco) felt like I was walking on cardboard. So I decided to send it back. And on top of that, you gotta pay for the return shipping yourself. And if that wasn't enough, they also hit you with a return processing fee. It's easier just to go to a local store and get it there, and it's about the same price anyways. So I ain't gonna buy from them again.

So, I went ahead and ordered myself a pair of Vionic Midi Slip On Sneekers from these guys. Now, I've been wearing shoes from this brand for years, so I figured I knew what size to get. But boy, was I wrong. The fit was all wrong, and the tongue material bunched up real bad, creating this weird wave across the sneeker. I even took a picture to show y'all what I mean.

Now, I ain't one to complain too much, but this was just unacceptable. So, I tried to return the shoes to TheInsoleStore, but they wouldn't take 'em back! Can you believe that? The shoes were in perfect condition, never even been worn, and they wouldn't take 'em back just because of a design flaw. That's just plain wrong.

So, let me tell y'all, if you're thinking of buying from TheInsoleStore, I'd think twice. You're better off going straight to the maker of the product, someone who actually stands behind what they sell. Don't waste your time with a store that won't even take back a faulty product.
